The extract is obtained from turmeric rhizomes purified and deodorised to produce curcumin extract. The colour is extremely concentrated and produces a rich yellow colour in oil. Curcumin based colours are relatively stable to heat.
This Turmeric Oleoresin or the natural yellow colour is only soluble in oil.
