Natural Colours are derived from natural botanical ingredients such as capsicum (red) or spinach (green), by removing all the non-colour components from an extract of the botanical herb. The intensity of the colour in natural colours is measured using different scales.
Natural colours will not behave exactly like synthetic colours. The colours are not as stable and as vivid as synthetic colours. However the benefits of using natural colours far outweighs the use of synthetically derived colours.
Our natural colours are food grade and oil soluble. They are manufactured in premises which are HACCP, ISO and GMP certified.
